Some of you may not know this as I haven't posted about it- but one of my best friends, Samantha Summer and her husband asked Eric and I to be the Godparents to her two children. They had seen how much we loved our God kids Mina, Shana, and Riley and asked if we would accept two more. We were so happy to be able to be such a part of their lives. We feel so very blessed! And on January 27th - Our Godson Sidney turned a year old! I can't believe it was a year ago this week that his mommy and I sat in the NICU staring into a bubble just praying for a chance to hold him...and now look at him! He's diving into a blue birthday cake and we're thankful to have other people there willing to carry him off to the bath tub! ha ha! Little Sid Vicious is such a strong, healthy little miracle and we love him so very much!
Now for our newest Godchild, little baby girl Shiann Elliana is going to be here very soon! **crossing fingers, maybe a Valentine baby! Shiann is Sidney's new sister that is on the way and she's making mommy very uncomfortable! Please say a prayer for her safe arrival, we are already expecting her to be early like he brother was- just hoping that she's able to "hang out" a tad bit longer. Not yet Shiann, not yet! :) :) :) :) but soon though! yay!!!
